With a fortune of $152 billion, the Indian billionaire is ranked third by Forbes, surpassing Mr. Bezos ($147 billion), who is in fourth. According to Forbes, Bernard Arnault ($155 billion) and Elon Musk ($237 billion) are the top two earners.
Mr. Adani was placed 14th at the start of the year. This week, the stock of his large corporation, Adani Enterprises Ltd., reached a record high. Additionally, since 2020, shares of some of his companies have increased by more than 1,000%. He is the first Asian to hold such a place in the rankings.
The age of Gautam Adani is sixty. His businesses are engaged in coal mining, urban gas delivery, and air and sea transportation. His corporation now aspires to top the list of renewable energy producers in the globe.
