45% of participants showed a preference for Harris, while 44% favored Trump. Nonetheless, in August, those percentages stood at 48% and 43%.

Simultaneously, 57% think Harris lacks sufficient elaboration on her proposed policies as potential president, while 37% do not share this sentiment. In Trump's situation, survey participants are evenly split - 48% versus 49%.

Since August, Harris' lead among Latino voters has diminished, with 49% now supporting Trump and 38% supporting Harris. Simultaneously, Harris is preferred by 72% of African Americans surveyed, while only 17% support Trump. Nevertheless, USA Today points out that this African-American backing for Harris is below the usual level expected by the Democratic Party.

Trump is ahead among male respondents, with 53% supporting him compared to 37% for Harris. Her support is greater among women, with 53% backing her compared to 36%.

Respondents also lean towards Harris for initiating changes in American life and bridging public divides. Trump appears to be the top choice of the public for demonstrating strength in leadership, handling the economy, addressing immigration concerns, and managing foreign affairs.
