According to JPMorgan's filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Dimon is scheduled to start selling shares in 2024.
"Dimon is selling JPMorgan stock for the first time in his career at the bank. His position in JPMorgan remains significant, and he continues to be optimistic in the bank's very bright prospects," the statement reads.
Currently, Dimon and his family have roughly 8.6 million shares of the bank.
Dimon began working as chief operating officer at JPMorgan in 2004 and became CEO in 2005.
