The action is part of the coalition's aim to enhance output. The agency highlights that Secretary General Mark Rutte describes it as "a transition to wartime mentality."

As reported by Bloomberg, the coalition seeks a method to articulate certain collective objectives “in a format that can be securely shared” to encourage businesses to enhance production capacity.

The source stated that the action would need agreement among allies. The effort arises as NATO countries seek to rearm in light of Russia's continuing actions in Ukraine, the agency reported.

In another initiative, NATO has started to share certain "classified standards" with the European Union. They will be released step by step as the alliance develops them, according to Bloomberg. As per the agency's sources acquainted with the issue, the action was instigated by Rutte.
