Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, declared that the social network's logo would soon change.
Musk posted on his page that "soon we will say goodbye to the Twitter brand and, gradually, to all birds."
Additionally, he shared an expected future Twitter logo. It is an image of the letter X against a dark background. The precise rebranding, however, has not yet been decided.
Musk completed a $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter on October 7th, 2022. He immediately let go of several members of the executive staff, including CFO Ned Segal and CEO Parag Agrawal. Musk reportedly dismissed the board of directors and took sole control of the business, according to documents included in the SEC database.
