"Earlier today, President Biden tested positive for COVID-19 following his first event in Las Vegas. He is undergoing improved therapy and immunizations, and his symptoms are moderate," reads a statement from White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
The President is expected to return to his Delaware residence, where he would "continue to fulfill all of his responsibilities in full during this time" and "self-isolate."
