The 106-page petition questions the legal framework for designating Hamas as a terrorist organization in the UK. The document is supported by insights from 20 specialists in the legal, academic, journalistic, political, and cultural sectors, among them former UN International Court of Justice judge John Dugard.
The attorneys urged UK Home Secretary Yvette Cooper to “make, though challenging, a significant and brave move towards peace.”
