According to Reuters, the corporation will pay $80 million to the plaintiffs, who include current and former Riot Games female employees, as well as temporary female employees of the company's California office.

All of the aforementioned individuals who worked for Riot Games from November 2014 to the present will be compensated. A further $20 million will be spent on legal fees and other legal costs.

The settlement is expected to be approved in the following months.

Melanie McCracken and Jess Negron, now former employees of Riot Games, filed a complaint against the firm in November 2018, alleging sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and misconduct by Riot Games employees.
